Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were flooded when I took a shower and needed some updates, they had great climate control and lighting systems. However, the smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms was quite unpleasant. The service, though contributing to making my visit special, was friendly but not very professional for my family. The location was a bit disrupted by ongoing constructions, but overall, it was clean, relatively spacious, and I enjoyed being near Palestine Street and not far from the American Embassy. The dining options, specifically with Sahor included, were delicious, but lacking in variety. While the facilities were adequate, some upgrading wouldn't hurt. Price-wise, it was reasonable considering the offerings.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were old, not clean, and lacked sufficient amenities like fresh juice and towels, the hotel's service was exceptional with quick assistance from the staff. The location was convenient for accessing main roads, but some areas were straining for the eyes. The dining was delicious, and the facilities were adequate.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were equipped with great technology, cozy, and comfortable, but the Jacuzzi had some issues with dirty water that created a sewerage smell—luckily, the staff quickly resolved this by moving us to a smell-free room. The sea view was fantastic, but the ongoing constructions in the area and lack of outside lights at night were disappointing drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was excellent, right on the corniche, but the room was quite far from the lobby, and the restaurant selection was limited. However, the staff addressed a cigarette smoke issue promptly and provided a smell-free room, meeting our needs in the end.
I truly had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and luxurious, with a fantastic bathroom. The service was top-notch, everyone was so helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect, right by the Corniche and close to many attractions. The dining experience was okay but lacked some quality in the food. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel rooms need more renovation work, and the emergency service to guests in their rooms was not good. However, the hotel is not directly in front of the sea. The service, especially from Dania and the reception area staff, was friendly and professional. The location is excellent, slightly bigger than some other hotels I've stayed at, on Palestine Street near the American Embassy. The dining experience was not great, lacking quality and taste in the food. The facilities need improvement but are clean and comfortable.
